This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds to provide a professional, best first impression of our organization.

This is done by performing grounds duties that include : mowing, trimming, weeding, landscaping, leaf-raking, mulch replacement, irrigation monitoring, composting, seeding, turf management, exterior pressure washing, painting, and trash pickup.

This position will also assist GRH Maintenance Engineers with projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class D Minnesota driver's license; free of moving violations.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Has experience operating power mowers, hedge trimmers, weed whip, leaf vacuum, chainsaw, and lawn tractors. Has basic knowledge of equipment upkeep.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Can work for extended periods of time in outdoor elements.
• Strong customer focus with ability to multi-task, work independently and as a member of the Maintenance team.
• Can perform heavy physical labor on a daily basis.
