Glee Dentistry is a new and rapidly growing dental office in Encinitas that is dedicated to providing top-notch dental care and exceptional customer service to our patients. We are a paperless and modern office where we care about our patients` health and focus on educating , treating with care and helping them like our family.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist/treatment coordinator. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, effective multitasking abilities, and a desire to grow within our practice, we would love to hear from you!

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
- Proficiency in Open Dental software is desirable but training will be available for the right person
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

Greet and warmly welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere

Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation

Handle phone calls and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly

Assist the dentist with chairside procedures, and sterilizing equipment if needed . (training provided)

Perform administrative tasks, including filing, insurance billing, and coordinating referrals (training opportunity available)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office

Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient care and support

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the dental profession

Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and procedures

Strong work ethics, commitment, and a positive attitude are essential

Previous experience in a dental office is highly desired
