Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring and interpreting vital signs to ensure optimal patient health.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize aseptic techniques to provide safe and effective patient care
- Manage and alleviate patient pain through appropriate interventions
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing
- Perform esthetic laser treatments as needed
- Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients
- Apply in-depth knowledge of physiology to assess and address patient needs
- Communicate effectively using medical terminology
- Navigate electronic health record systems such as Epic
- Monitor and dialyze patients as required in a telemetry setting
- Ensure compliance with ICD-9 coding standards

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques, pain management, and ICD coding
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
