Glassource is Hiring a Truck Loader- 2nd shift Near Grand Haven, MI
Glassource is a rapidly growing state-of-the-art glass fabrication facility looking for motivated people to load our trucks! We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our 2nd shift Load Team. This is a temp to hire position that may be eligible for direct hired depending on work experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Load trucks by hand in a safe and organized manner
- Ensure proper policies and procedures are followed
- Prep and stage product for loading
- Work as a team
Position Qualifications:
- 1 year minimum industrial shop experience or warehouse-type experience a plus
- Heavy lifting involved; must be able to lift and manipulate up to 80 lbs.
- Must be reliable
Key Competencies:
- Ability to plan and stay organized
- Detail oriented in production processes
- Safety cautious and conscientious.
- Must be able to stand on your feet throughout entire shift.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
