Job description

GLASSource is a rapidly growing state-of-the-art glass fabrication facility looking for Production Employees for 3rd Shift. This position is a temp to hire position with an opportunity for direct hire based on work experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operating manual production machinery and/or CNC machinery to cut, edge and fabricate glass

Position Qualifications:

• 2 year minimum industrial shop experience or machine operating experience a plus
• Must have good measurement skills using tape measure and calipers.
• Heavy lifting involved; must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. independently.
• Must be reliable
• Experience with overhead crane, CNC, XYZ horizontal cutting and milling machines a plus; will train qualified candidates

• Detail oriented in production processes
• Safety cautious and conscientious.
• Must be able to stand on your feet throughout entire shift.
• Must have an excellent attendance record.

Entry level start rate is $16.00 per hour. Wage is negotiable for direct hires with experience and solid work history.
