Your Responsibilities as an ISR
As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
- Enters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
- Sets appointments for flat projects in order to promptly close the sale.
- Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended question to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
- Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
- Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:
- One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade
- Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
- Outstanding phone skills.
- Strong computer and internet skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- You say things in your head like “A broken window – what’s the big deal?” To our customers, when glass breaks, it’s an emergency and safety issue. We take it as seriously as they do.
- You think working Monday mornings is optional. But our customers depend on us to show up as scheduled. Calling off work at the last-minute impacts not just the customer but the whole team.
