Glaser's Collision Center is looking for an experienced, motivated production manager to oversee the operations. This is not an entry level position, applicant must have experience running a production collision center and have positive references from previous employers.

Job responsibilities include:

• Leading / motivating team of technicians
• Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of quality repairs
• Maintaining DRP relationships and scorecards
• Maintaining and monitoring store KPI's
• Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the customer, insurance company and vendors.
• You will be held responsible for the growth, profitability and performance of your individual store.

Qualifications needed:

• A minimum of 6 years experience working in a production collision center
• A positive, outgoing attitude with a service mentality
• Experience with CCC One
• Must have experience maintaining insurance relationships
• Must have a clean record and a valid driver’s license
• Must have positive employment references from past employers

Pay: $36,745.76 - $117,214.23 per year

• Monday to Friday
