Glasco is looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales and HVAC experience is required. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
