Automotive Service Advisor – Experienced Only potential of $75K

Girard Nissan of Groton is hiring a service advisor/writer to add to their team. Customer Service experience required. We are looking for a polished, experienced, knowledgeable Advisor.

The service advisor/writer has the opportunity to interact with thousands of customers to build customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in the dealership and the services we provide.

You will be:

• Scheduling appointments
• Discussing customer's concerns about mechanical problems
• Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
• Contacting customers by telephone regarding changes to the estimate or time promised
• Delivering vehicles to customers, review work performed, explain charges and answer questions
• Assisting the service manager as necessary

Requirements:

• Must be an exceptional multi-tasker
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Customer service focused
• Automotive service experience preferred but not require
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
