Girard College continuously seeks to recruit certified top teacher talentin the areas of: Grades (1-4): General Education, French, Specialty (Art, Music, Health/PE, Library Science) and teachers with endorsements in STEM and Social, Emotional and Behavioral Wellness.
Our ideal teacher candidates will need to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction aligned to PA State Standards, work collaboratively with teachers in other disciplines as well as our residential staff who are responsible for overseeing after school advisory and program initiatives for our students.

Qualifications
Education Background and Minimum Requirements:
•Teaching experience highly preferred with a proven record of high academic and social achievement
•Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in education, in the specific core content job area
•Currently possess or be eligible for State of Pennsylvania teaching certification
