We are a family owned pizza restaurant with two locations, one in Pismo Beach and the other in SLO. Gino's Pizza has been in business since 1999 and we are here to stay :-).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented restaurant associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with culinary or restaurant experience who enjoy working in a family owned pizza restaurant.

No experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the front end

- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions

- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

- Assist in the kitchen as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
