Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including Track hoe, Dozer, Motor grader, rollers and other equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, Track hoe, Dozer, Motor grader, rollers and other equipment.
- Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as grading, laying pipe, and digging.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
