Job Responsibilities

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in auto dealership management
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a “team winning” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
• Conduct Sales meetings.
• Great understanding of social media
• Play an active role in the community
• Recruiting, training and developing a high - performing sales team. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience as in Automotive Sales Manager
• Strong understanding of the auto industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Excelledn leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieveing and exceeding sales targets.
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
