In this pivotal role, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers, the organized mind that keeps our office running smoothly, and the efficient hand that manages various administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm welcome and directing inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate department or taking messages as needed.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are well-organized and efficiently managed.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support other departments as required, lending a hand to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
