Gillespie Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our GG family for our downtown Lansing apartment communities! Gillespie Group offers competitive wages, bonus opportunities, full health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match as well as 3 weeks paid time off to start. Our ideal team member is self-motivated, customer service-focused and a team player. Potential candidates should be able to perform minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call schedule. A valid driver's license and a clear background check are required.

Requirements
- Complete basic service tasks
- Prepping apartments for new tenants
- Snow removal and/or shoveling
- Grounds maintenance
- Keep maintenance show organized
- Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
- Performs preventative maintenance on exterior
- Works directly with vendors
- Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner
