Description
We are searching for an experienced and organized office administrator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate should have legal experience and be bilingual to assist our clients efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff, including drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and filing.
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for client and case files.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, screen and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, and order supplies as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as an office administrator, preferably in a legal setting.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a must.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
