As a Recruiting Coordinator at Gigamon, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every applicant, from initial contact to final decision. You will embody our company values in all interactions, prioritizing empathy as you engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. Timely communication will be paramount as you navigate the recruitment process. Please note that this is a 6-month contract position based at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement expectation of three days in the office per week.
What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate phone, on-site, and video interviews for candidates
  • Engage with candidates directly, whether in-person, via email, or over the phone, to guide them through the interview journey.
  • Provide a warm welcome to candidates during on-site visits, showcasing our dynamic work environment and guiding them through meticulously organized schedules.
  • Work alongside the broader HR Ops team on initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate's experience.
  • Assist in recruitment events, meet-ups, and other activities to bolster talent branding and engagement efforts.
  • Craft meticulous offer letters with a keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain uniformity in job postings according to our standardized template, ensuring all necessary information is included.
What you’ve done:
  • Experience in a customer-facing or HR role
  • Prior scheduling & calendar management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Jobvite, and Microsoft Office.

Thecompensation range targeted for this role, based out of Gigamon's Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office is $25 - $30 per hour.
