About the Sales Team

At Gifthealth, the Sales Team is more than just driving new business and generating new clients. The Sales Team is made up of driven individuals who provide consistent real time feedback from physicians and patients to help build out new products and services to improve the healthcare experience. As a member of this team, you will work closely with both internal and external experts to learn industry knowledge that Gifthealth can improve on. 

How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline; focused on pharmacy network (Independent Pharmacy & Pharmacy Groups)
  • Reach out to Partner Pharmacies and onboard them to our Network
  • Act as point of contact for external stakeholders, maintain a win-win relationship between them and Gifthealth
  • Negotiate rates and agreements with Partner Pharmacies
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers
  • Engage in a high volume of daily cold calls and prospecting; will be building this from the ground up!

A Few Things About You

  • 0-2 years of inside sales experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Excellent selling/persuasive/presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus, demonstrated teamwork/collaboration
  • Computer proficiency
  • Propensity for big-picture thinking
