Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Experience:
- Cans and Ansa Certified
- Valid licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Proficiency in medical terminology and psychopharmacology
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly desired
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for billing purposes
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and protocols
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong skills in individual and group counseling modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy
