Gibraltar is looking for an experienced Business Systems Change Manager. The primary focus of this role will be championing, contributing to the project plans, and providing the support (education and training) for people and process revisions. This position will be a key member of our SAP implementation team, providing leadership and support for activities related to implementation and deployment of this major transformation initiative and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the Mail & Parcel and Building Accessories Group. Working a shared leadership role with a business project leader and a technical project leader, this will require the right mix of collaborative project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to travel, and working with onshore/offshore third-party resources. Success will be demonstrated by effectively leading and implementing this transformational change while addressing organizational needs for our people, processes, and technology.

What you'll do

• Lead and support delivery of the SAP implementation across all functions of the business, including owning all business-related activities that support the master implementation plan.
• Coordinate business process mapping to ensure adequate understanding and communication of key system requirements to the implementation team.
• Develop business lead end-user training curriculum program. Develop business lead user acceptance / system integration test planning & execution.
• Assist with user-readiness assessment activities.
• Coordinate all business led change management initiatives including internal/external communications
• Leverage the SAP deployment methodology and Gibraltar's template to engage business resources for all business-related work products including requirements, testing and training plans, implementation readiness preparation, and go-live/post go-live support plans.
• Evaluate opportunities to synergize/standardize common processes within support services and operational functional areas, across business units.
• Partner and collaborate with the business and IT on implementing and adopting the new SAP S/4HANA System.
• Work directly with Implementation Project Manager to track project tasks, risks, action items, issues, and decisions and ensure timely follow up of these items across the business teams.
• Conduct frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, team members, project steering team, vendor, and other stakeholders.
• Generate project status reporting and issue/risk mitigation responses for steering committee.
• Facilitate meetings and interviews with business stakeholders.

What we need

• Bachelor's Degree in IT with a business focus
• Master's Degree is a plus
• 5 years of Program Management experience with an understanding of organizational change management.
• SAP experience required in a cross-functional, multi-division implementation.
• Preference is SAP S/4 in a cloud based environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Effective communication skills at all levels, one-on-one or in a group
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• SAP S/4HANA Experience
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics, Core-ERP Sales and Distribution, Finance & Controls, Materials Management, Production, Planning, Enhanced Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, EDI for customers (850,856,etc), and electronic banking integration.
