Job Description
We are seeking a 2024 law school graduate to join our Business and Emerging Business practice groups.
The Associate will draft and review a wide variety of commercial agreements, coordinate incorporation and dissolution filings, and conduct research. The Associate will also assist in complex transactional deals, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and restructurings.
Qualifications
Must be sitting for the New York Bar Exam this July. Applicants should have a strong interest in a transactional practice. Applicants should have superior law school performance, and must be attentive to detail, learn quickly and be willing to assist on multiple projects and transactions. Applicants should have excellent analytic, strategic thinking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
This is a hybrid position with at least three (3) days per week required in Manhattan office.
