```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and supervise department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain stock
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands
- Assist in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques
- Proficient knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to handle and package food products safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
