RN Case Manger Position

Medical Inpatient, Allscripts, Morrisey, discharge planning only, BSN required, COVID vaccine required, at least two years of acute care experience preferably in larger facilities, FL RN. Candidates will have an initial video call with the director and a formal interview would be set up next with the team.

Level 1 –
Range $33.90 - $51.35
1 year Case Management experience, 3 years experience in acute care setting – doesn’t have to be specific to CM ASN

Level 2 –
Range $35.60 – 55.55
3 Years Case Management experience in hospital setting
BSN

Level 3 –
Range $37.40 – 57.30
5 Years case management experience in hospital setting
Active CCM or ACM and membership to professional organization
BSN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
