This leader has accountability and oversight and supervises the daily activities of the Integrated Case Management department by establishing a collaborative rapport with Case Management staff, Physician Advisors and providers (Physicians, Advanced Practice Professionals and Medical Residents). In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:For Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM): - Require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Require an active State of Florida Registered Nurse licensure for a Registered Nurse candidate.
- Require Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager(ACM) Certification.
- Require a combined five (5) years of healthcare, or healthcare-related, and case management experience.
- Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving expertise.
- Prefer demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills at all levels.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and cost center based management.
