Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry department. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

• 7:00p - 7:00a
• 36 hours a week

Duties:

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments on patients

- Provide specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions

- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify changes in patients' conditions

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

- Assist physicians during procedures such as suturing and sterile processing

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

- Utilize triage skills to prioritize patient needs and provide appropriate interventions

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment using aseptic techniques
