GHJ Search & Staffing is currently working with a high-growth company operating in the auto parts distribution industry who is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper - skilled individual to join their team. Established just 2 years ago, the company boasts an impressive $5M in annual sales.
As the Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily and monthly transactions
- Overseeing all accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Ensuring timely collection of Accounts Receivable
- Handling payroll operations
- Managing tax reporting for sales tax and payroll
- QuickBooks Online experience is required
