Ghassan's Fresh Mediterranean Eats in Greensboro, NC is looking for one back of house (boh) to join our team. We are located on 6027 J W Gate City Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Set up and maintain the pot washing area and all hand sinks *Clean all dirty pots, pans and utensils throughout the day maintaining appropriate water temperature and chemical levels *Assist with putting away stock, keeping walk-in coolers and storerooms organized *Keep the back kitchen clean throughout the day and at closing *Keep garbage cans emptied

Qualifications

*Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the restaurant clean *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Great organizational skills *Proven work experience in a back of house role is a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $12.00/hour.
