GH Logistics LLC is Hiring an Office Manager Near San Antonio, TX

GH Logistics a leader in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to oversee administrative operations for two of our fleets. This multifaceted role is integral to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, from managing truck workflows to ensuring safety compliance and efficient job ticketing and invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at fostering organization and communication across various levels of the operation.
Location: 4725 College Park Ste 104 in the Gomez Inc building

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative aspects of fleet management, ensuring optimal workflow and coordination between foremen on job sites.
  • Maintaining administrative oversight on entire organization, from accounts payable to legal responsibilities
  • Lead the safety management of units, including incident reporting, driver document management, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Serve as a communication hub, ensuring real-time information flow between drivers, foremen, and executive management.
  • Contribute to and manage executive projects, balancing these with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
  • Manage Morale and create organization in our fleets operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate real-time information sharing across the operation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to implement effective organizational systems.
  • Proficiency in office software and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in financial record-keeping, including invoicing and ticketing processes.
  • A strong understanding of safety compliance and driver document management.

Pay: From $55,500.00 per year
