Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding our Data & Analytics Systems from raw data extraction all the way through to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

System Transition

• Drive the migration of data analytics tools from DOMO to Microsoft Fabric, managing the transition without sacrificing data quality or accessibility.
• Work with team to develop a comprehensive plan for system transition, including timelines, milestones, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

ETL Process Management:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end ETL process, ensuring data is extracted, transformed, and loaded accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline ETL workflows for improved performance and consistency.

Data Ecosystem Enhancement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to the development of our data ecosystem.
• Work on incremental expansion and integration of new data sources to support business needs.

Data Quality Assurance:

• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices.

Business Intelligence Integration:

• Work closely with broader Data & Analytics Team to provide clean and well-structured data for reporting and analysis.
• Work directly with business leaders and team members across business units and functions to brainstorm and construct business intelligence tools to accelerate & enhance decision making.

Documentation and Training:

• Maintain documentation for data management processes, standards, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users on data-related tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of professional experience in data management, business intelligence or a related role.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, DOMO, Tableau, Looker, or similar systems.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of data management best practices and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
