Full-time, 7.5 hours per day, 12 months
Type correspondence, letters, reports and purchase orders
Process invoices, enter data into the accounts payable system, including credit card transactions
Maintain all records for the Food Service Department
Contact substitutes to fill in for employee absences in all schools
Ensure compliance with systems of internal controls
Posses strong organizational skills and knowledge of computer programs
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Adhere to the Gettysburg Area School District safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
