Job SummaryAre you an enthusiastic and driven individual looking for an opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment? We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join our exceptional team. In this role, you'll have the freedom to leverage your skills to not only expand your own role within the company but also contribute to the overall growth of our business. While initially part-time, as our business flourishes, so will your role. There's potential not just for a base salary, but also for you to shape various aspects of our operations and truly make them your own. We value creativity, entrepreneurship, and self-motivation, and we're looking for someone who shares these traits. It's essential that you reside in or near Staten Island to facilitate both in-person and remote work. Please note that this is not a full-time remote position.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Handling New Customer InquiriesIntroducing our services to customers
Ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer requirements
Coordinating with artists or factories for artwork creation
Managing artwork revisions and approvals
Generating quotes and invoicing customers
Managing orders and providing updates to customers
Resolving any issues related to orders and shipping delays
Addressing Returning Customer Requests For ReordersProviding quotes and invoicing
Managing orders and providing updates on progress
Handling any issues related to orders and shipping delays
Balancing in-person and remote work as per a mutually agreed schedule
Utilizing provided equipment, including your own laptop for work purposes
Participating in in-person training sessions
QualificationsTo excel in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma/GED (Associates degree or administrative training preferred)
Knowledge of graphic artwork
Familiarity with challenge coins, lapel pins, and patches
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and basic photo manipulation
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Flexibility for remote work arrangements
