ResponsibilitiesPatient Screening/Inbound Calls:
Listen attentively to callers on our support line, following provided guidelines and accurately documenting outcomes.
Uphold patient privacy laws (HIPAA) while demonstrating empathy and understanding of various health conditions.
Collaborate with our team to maintain call records and address any issues promptly.
Commit to ongoing training and performance monitoring to excel in your role.
Language Skills/CommunicationRead and comprehend medical documents and industry regulations.
Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients, exercising discretion and empathy.
Fluency in a foreign language is advantageous, but not required.
OrganizationManage a high volume of calls and input information accurately into our database.
Showcase strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize privacy and maintain meticulous recordkeeping.
ResourcefulnessThink quickly and troubleshoot effectively to address challenges promptly.
Anticipate obstacles and find efficient solutions.
Collaboration/TeamworkWork collaboratively with colleagues across departments, willing to step into other roles as needed to support company objectives.
Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to broader organizational goals.
Education And/or ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Medical background is advantageous.
