Position OverviewJoin our dynamic team as an Elementary Instructional Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing training and support to our dedicated online elementary instructors and teaching assistants. Collaborating closely with our Supervision and Professional Development Teams, you'll identify instructional support needs and deliver tailored professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for teachers seeking assistance with online instructional strategies and tools.
Foster positive relationships with teachers and principals within our network, serving as a leader in promoting quality online elementary instruction.
Provide ongoing training and support to instructors, sharing best practices and guiding them in implementing effective instructional strategies.
Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous professional development activities with teachers as needed.
Offer subject matter expertise in online instructional practices, contributing to course development and content creation.
Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Desired QualificationsCurrent Idaho teaching credential.
Experience in online teaching and deep understanding of online instructional best practices.
Proficiency in technology integration within curriculum and instruction.
Familiarity with the Science of Reading, ECRI Routines, and data analysis for instructional improvement.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary And BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $60,705 - $67,095 commensurate with experience.

Working ConditionsRemote position with occasional travel within Idaho for training and professional development events.
