Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative -- Remote | WFH

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our functional support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to incoming tickets and gather relevant information.
Analyze and troubleshoot cases to resolve issues efficiently.
Escalate high-priority cases to team members when necessary.
Document steps taken to resolve issues for future reference.
Gain an understanding of client business processes through customer interactions.
Relay client feedback and improvement suggestions to the development team.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or other ticketing systems.
Understanding of Finance or Accounting concepts.
Familiarity with SQL syntax.
Foundational understanding of coding.
Experience with CPM software (OneStream, Anaplan, Board) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in a secondary language, particularly Spanish, is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and poised.
