Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote BOOKKEEPING CLERK -- Remote | WFH
Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day financial transactions and manage the posting process.
Ensure accuracy in recording transactions across relevant ledgers.
Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and handle tax payments.
Bring financial records to the trial balance stage and conduct partial checks of the posting process.
Complete tax forms and assist in payroll processing.
Maintain records, enter data, and generate reports and financial statements.
Requirements And SkillsProven experience in bookkeeping, demonstrating a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in calculating, posting, and managing financial records.
Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and accounting software.
Strong proficiency in English and MS Office.
Customer service orientation with negotiation skills.
