About The Position:
We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Employment and Whistleblower Law Litigator to join our team at Brown, LLC. This crucial role demands exceptional litigation skills, a deep understanding of employment law and whistleblower protections, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients through effective courtroom representation. Proficiency in legal research, case management, and litigation software is a plus. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for upholding justice are essential. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment law and whistleblower cases in court
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage and oversee the progress of litigation cases
- Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case developments
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate
- Prepare for and participate in court hearings and trials
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and whistleblower protections
- Maintain accurate records of case information and billable hours
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and ethical guidelines
- Perform other legal duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment and Whistleblower Law Litigator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, whistleblower protections, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, Clio)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding the principles of justice and the rights of clients
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience
- Generous bonuses based on performance

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
