The pre-litigation paralegal is responsible for managing a caseload for a pre-litigation attorney. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

The paralegal calls the clients regularly to document injuries and treatment with various medical providers, responds to client questions in a timely manner, requests medical bills and records promptly upon the client’s completion of treatment, sends the demand packet to the insurance company and is responsible for administrative support through the successful resolution of the case. The pre-litigation paralegal has extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases.
