**Now Hiring:** Full-time**,** Part-time, and Seasonal

**Pay:** $11.00-$14.00/hour, depending on experience

**Supplemental Pay** : $1,000 Bonus

* Exclusively for Gervasi and Twisted Olive BOH culinary positions

* Employee must be hired before June 30th, 2021

* New hire must work consistent 25 hour work week through October 31st

* New hire must have full open consistent availability (nights, weekends, and peak shifts)

* Employee MUST demonstrate continued satisfactory performance for entire season

**Responsibilities:**

* Prep Cook

o Basic food preparation prior to service

o All other duties assigned

* Dishwasher

o Clean and transport pans, utensils, and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons, and servers with the appropriate equipment for guests

o All other duties assigned

**Requirements:**

* Prep Cook

o Previous experience working as a cook required

* Dishwasher

o No previous experience required
