• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of bartending experience
• Knowledge of Touch Bistro POS system
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Basic math skills and cash-handling ability
• Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, stop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Willingness to serve and entertain guests based on atmosphere and expectations

• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Saturday morning
