Our growing office is excited to offer the opportunity to expand our team and bring on an insurance sales representative! As an insurance representative you will primarily sell and recommend products tailored to our individual customer's needs. Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is a bonus but willing to train (must have Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
