Under the direction of the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support, oversight, communications coordination, and data on a broad range of issues that are sensitive, confidential and/or complex in nature within the fiscal affairs division of the college. Duties are performed at a fully-operational level, using either established standard guidelines and/or procedural methods, or improvising solutions and alternatives.

A main emphasis of the position involves supporting the Purchasing & Contracts Department with duties ranging from managing the contract intake and maintenance process, to assisting with RFP scheduling and posting. The position is also responsible for issuing purchase orders, interpreting P-Card policies, and managing the Central Services supply and mailing services. 

Hiring range = $55,567.10 - $61,741.22 ($26.71 - $29.68) annual salary depending upon a combination of education and experience.
