HYBRID OPPORTUNITY!

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to use your organizational and problem-solving skills to assist our Customer Service Territory Managers in providing superior customer service to our Gerflor USA customers.

Responsibilities Include:

· Coordinates activities for the Customer Service Territory Managers and provides assistance in their absence.
· Assists the Customer Service Territory Managers with reporting and analytics.
· Answers customer inquiries regarding basic technical and product information and recommends products or alternate products based on customer requirements.
· Resolves customers issues professionally and escalates complex issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
· Accurately processes transactions including orders, returns, bills of lading, invoices.
· Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding project and ship dates.
· Follows department and company procedures.
· Makes suggestions to improve procedures.
· Attends meetings when requested.
· Resolves customers issues professionally.
· Escalates complex and potential issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers

_ We are looking for:_

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft office. (ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.)
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• International/Global experience a plus.
