DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will report to the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety and primarily be responsible for implementing Corporate Social Governance projects in support of electrical and waste stream reductions. Targeted responsibilities include:
* Implement a more robust recycling program for Lectra's various waste streams
* Investigate and propose target areas for LED re-lamping in addition to overall electric reduction projects.
* Updating and assisting with implementation of Gerber's EHS Management System,
* Assist with day-to-day EHS and CSR related activities, electrical and waste consumption logging

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* Currently pursuing a BS degree in EHS or Environmental Management with an emphasis on reducing the companies environmental impacts
* Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in an undergraduate program; GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale desired
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in groups
