JOBSUMMARY : Thisishourlypaidwork recruitingtalentfortheDepartmentofJuvenileJustice. Dutiesincludeworkingwithfacilitiestodeterminestaffingneeds,coordinatejobfairs,postpositions andrecruitforhardtofill positions.

Thispositionispart-timeandrequireslessthan30hoursper weekandisnoteligibleforbenefits.

JOBSPECIFICDUTIES :

Establishesrecruitingrequirements bystudyingorganizationplansandobjectivesandmeeting withmanagersandprHumanResourcesstafftodiscussneeds,createrecruitmentplansand

innovativewaystoattractcandidates.

Buildsapplicantsourcesbyresearching andcontactingcommunityservices,colleges,military

installationsoutreachprogramsandothersourcesinordertoprovideorganizationinformation, opportunities,andbenefits

• Buildrelationshipswithpartners
• Reviewsapplications todetermine iftheapplicantmeetsthequalificationsneededfortheposition applied
• Coordinating andattendingjobfairs
• Providesconsultation tomanagersasitrelatestoHRpoliciesandprocedures
• Postingjobannouncementsandscreeningapplicantsusingapplicanttracker,TeamGa Careers
• Updatesjobknowledgebyparticipatingineducationalopportunities,readingprofessional publications,maintainingpersonalnetworks,andparticipatinginprofessionalorganizations
• Research areawhereareasarelocatedinordertodeterminethebeststrategyforrecruitingwithin community
• Someday andovernighttravelmayberequired

M INIMUM Q U A LI FICATIONS : Associatedegreefromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity AND Two yearsofrelatedexperienceinhuman resources

• Two(2)or moreyears'experienceinrecruitingMilitaryand / or LawEnforcementpositions.
• One(1)or moreyears'experienceinrecruitingforstate,local, orfederalgovernment.
• Two(2)or moreyearsworkinginaHumanResourcesfield
• Three(3)ormoreyearsprofessionallevelrecruitingexperience.
• One(1)ormoreyears'experienceinusingTaleooracomparableapplicanttrackingsystem
• Excellentcommunication andinterpersonalskillswithexperiencesuccessfullybuilding relationshipstobeviewedasatrustedresourceforadvice andguidance.
• Demonstratedexperiencewithdevelopingrecruitingplansandinnovativewaystoattractqualified candidates.
