  • Make new friends: Identify potential referral sources and establish a connection with new clinics, practices, or medical facilities as appropriate.
  • Keep old friends: Schedule, visit, and follow up with referring physicians (and their staff members) to make sure they continue to trust us with their patients.

1. Fun, creative, and energetic: Life is short, and we want to accomplish big things. At Georgia Urology, we strive to help our patients live their best life and we are growing our practice to help more patients faster. In this mission, we work hard, try new things, fail fast and brush each other off to try again until we can loudly celebrate the wins. If you are a go-getter looking for better, keep reading.

4. Committed to the role: Our best employees have worked in previous sales, marketing or healthcare related roles and can appreciate a solid team and culture. We are looking for someone who will build and grow with us, not someone who is taking the next job. In return we will develop growth opportunities to make growing with us worthwhile for all.

5. Team player: We are building the best and largest urological practice in Georgia. We have an amazing head start but healthcare is an ever-evolving enigma that we are all navigating to the best of our abilities.
