We are growing and seeking an enthusiastic Site Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be an LPN or a Mature MA, either with a background in clinical floor as well as management.

The Site Coordinator will coordinate the back office with the front office, therefore, ensuring a smooth and well-managed patient office experience. The Site Coordinator's Responsibilities center around ensuring that the patient experience, from check-in to check-out, is a top-rated experience. They will guide the both front and back office staff and assist them as needed in the following duties and responsibilities.

Site Coordinator Responsibilities

• Supply and DME Inventory
• Medication Inventory
• Crossed-trained to float as needed in the both back and front office
• Responsible for HBOT schedule and patient visit
• Assist Clinical and PSS manager with training
• Assist with back office procedures to include injections of both PRP and steroid, phlebotomy, x-rays, and C-arm as needed
• Assist dispensing medications
• Assist in check-in and check-out of patients and answering phones, as needed
• Follows and troubleshoots the daily office schedule
• Troubleshoot office processes to include WiFi, phones, and computers

Requirements

• Management experience a must (1-2 years)
• Fluent in both English/Spanish written and verbal
• 2 years of professional experience
• Understanding of health insurance
• C Arm experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn a Must
• Reports to MA Manager but informed by PSS Manager and NC ADO
