Job Overview
A Georgia Blue Front of the House manager ensures the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and character.
They must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of Georgia Blue, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety.
They are expected to work as a management team with the Kitchen Manager, General Manager and District Manager to assure the best possible overall guest experience with particular emphasis on building a highly professional, efficient and motivated front of the house staff.
The bartenders, servers, hostesses and server assistants report to this position.

Education :

Course work in Restaurant Management or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
