Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to help launch a new employer benefit focused on senior care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for senior care, and sales experience in the employer benefits space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the new senior care benefit
• Perform market validation of the sales strategy and benefit offering
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide information on the available benefit
• Negotiate agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction

Skills:

• MUST HAVE expertise within the employer benefits space
• MUST HAVE strong sales experience
• Familiarity with senior care is highly desired

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
