We are looking for an IN-PERSON Customer Service Rep / Office Assistant, who can efficiently fulfill the customer order-taking process from start to finish in a professional manner, and assist with other office tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones
· Document and update records based on customer interactions
· Ensure accurate, timely and efficient order taking
· Enter customer orders accurately into the computer system
· Follow established protocols
· Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
· Meet or exceed customer expectations
Filing
Enter slips into computer
Skills/Qualifications:
· High school diploma
· Basic knowledge of computers
· Excellent customer service skills
Job Requirements:
· Accuracy of work
· Promptness in customer responses
· Ability to multitask
· Personal transportation or access to public transportation required
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (First Shift)
· 5 days per week
· 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
· 30 hours per week
