Vitense Golfland is a family-owned business, founded in 1955 by George Vitense, a PGA Professional, Past President of the Wisconsin PGA, and member of the Madison Sports Hall of Fame. Today, the business is owned and operated by George’s grandson, Joel Weitz, PGA Professional and two-time past President of the Wisconsin PGA, and his wife, Sarah. The facility includes a Top 50 Rated Golf Range in the US with 55 heated golf suites, powered by TopTracer and open year-round, both day and night. We are now hiring for all shifts! We offer a generous hourly pay of $10 per hour ($20-$25 per hour on average with tips!), a flexible schedule, employee discounts on food and retail purchases, and free activities when you’re not working, including the driving range with TopTracer!

Vitense Golfland is looking for friendly, energetic, service-oriented Servers/Caddies to become part of our team, serving our full-service, year-round, heated, and covered golf range.

Servers/Caddies will be responsible for all aspects of service to our range guests, including the following:

• Introduce customers to scan and pay and how to use it from the QR code on their table
• Answer questions regarding food and drink menus
• Enter customer orders on tablet if they prefer not to order from their phone
• Make sure kitchen and/or bar are aware of orders
• Check in on customers in each driving range suite to see if they have any questions or need anything
• Will need to learn how to use TopTracer in order to assist customers with questions
• Clean golf range suites of dishes or debris
• Roll silverware; restock condiments, plates, silverware, and cups; clean your area; and organize your bays

Qualifications:

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Experience in customer service
• Experience as a server is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Toast and/or TopTracer a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided
